Here is the perfect homemade bubble tea recipe

What comes to mind when you think of milk tea? Most of us think of the English tea drinking tradition, which is black tea topped with milk and sweetened with sugar. However, the possible variations are endless, and it is also used as another name for the classic bubble/boba tea, or pearl/bubble tea. If you were to make the latter, it is a bit more complicated than the milk tea most people know, but it is divine, so it is definitely worth trying.

What exactly is bubble tea?

If we mean bubble tea by milk tea, then it is nothing more than  a real milk tea with tapioca pearls in it . This drink originally comes from Taiwan, but over time it has become a popular drink all over the world. It has a sweet and creamy texture, and the tapioca pearls in it make it really special and lovable. There are both cold and hot versions, but most people drink it as a cold, refreshing drink.

Milk tea can be prepared in an amazing variety of ways, so its flavor can be fruity (for example, with the addition of mango), floral (say, with the addition of rose or chamomile), or even really warming, wintery flavors (for example, with the addition of caramel or pumpkin). The most classic version is simply made with brown sugar. In other words, it is such a versatile drink that you will almost certainly like at least one version of it.
