Ingredients:

– 1.5 cups lukewarm water
– 1.5 teaspoons salt
– 0.5 teaspoon active dry yeast
– 3 cloves garlic (minced or pressed)
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme
– coarse salt for sprinkling
