Oatmeal and banana cocoa soufflé

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder

  • 30 g of oat flakes
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 cup vanilla sugar
  • 30 g of ground almonds
  • 160 ml of water

Preparation Method

  1. Preheat the oven
    • Preheat the oven to 180°C to ensure even cooking.

    • In a large bowl, combine the oat flour, cocoa powder, almond flour, rolled oats, vanilla sugar, and ground almonds. Stir well to combine.
