Preparation
Mix the pinch of salt, the 2 eggs with the 6 tablespoons of flour, and dissolve it with beer until you get the consistency of old pancake batter. Then dip the previously salted meat in it and fry it in plenty of hot oil!
Vegetables are also delicious baked in this batter! You can add a teaspoon of sugar or a pinch of baking soda to the batter, the latter will make the paneer more delicate and loose.
