Detox drink with cloves, garlic, turmeric and ginger: a natural way to support immunity, fight infections and reduce belly fat

  • 1 teaspoon of cloves
  • 3–4 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric (freshly grated or powdered)
  • 1 piece of ginger (about the size of a thumb, sliced)
  • 1 liter of water

Preparation :

  1. Bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the cloves and ginger. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
