Make the bed every morning
For those wondering whether it is necessary to soak every morning , the answer is yes, but with a few nuances.
Recent studies suggest that it’s better not to go to bed immediately after waking up.

We recommend waiting at least two hours before doing this. This will allow the heat and moisture that has built up in the bed during the night to dissipate and avoid creating a dark, humid, warm paradise in the bed, ideal for the growth of mites, fungi, and other insects.
Another important practice to ensure mattress hygiene is to open the windows for at least 30 minutes, but ideally for about an hour, before going to bed, and to shake out the bedding and pillows when you get into bed.
Bed sheets should also be changed every 1-2 weeks.
Removing blood stains from a mattress
Of the various products that can be used to remove blood stains from mattresses , hydrogen peroxide is the best because it breaks down the blood.
All you need is a cloth or cotton ball soaked in hydrogen peroxide.
Then, rub the stain for a few minutes , then leave it on until the mattress dries (no rinsing necessary).

Remember that hydrogen peroxide has a bleaching effect, so if your mattress is of any color, it’s best to test it on a small and discreet area first to make sure it doesn’t absorb the color .
