Ham and cheese puff pastries


1. Cut the dough.
Cut the dough into small squares.

2. Fill.
Place a little chopped ham and cheese in the center of each square.

3. Fold over slightly.
Pinch the edges to create a small indentation.

4.
Brush with beaten egg.

5. Bake.
Bake for 18 minutes at 180°C (350°F) until golden brown.
