1. Prepare the cake base.
In a large bowl, crack the eggs and add the sugar.

2. Add the dry ingredients.
Incorporate the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

Then pour in the milk to loosen the batter and obtain a smooth texture.
3. Divide the batter.
Divide the batter into two equal portions in two bowls.
In the first bowl, add the speculoos spread and the crumbled speculoos cookies. Mix well.
In the second bowl, incorporate the melted dark chocolate.
4. Create the marbled effect
. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease and flour a loaf pan.
Pour a layer of speculoos batter into the pan, then a layer of chocolate batter.
Repeat this process until all the batters are used.
With the tip of a knife, swirl the batter to create a marbled effect.
5. Baking:
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
Check for doneness by inserting a knife into the center; it should come out clean.
6. Finishing:
Let cool slightly before unmolding.
