Oh my God! I’ve been looking for this recipe for years. My mother used to make them all the time, and I’ve lost her recipe. Thank you so much! She always called them “Magic Cake.” Here’s the full recipe.

    • Preparing the dough:
      1. Preparing the ingredients: Before starting, make sure the eggs are at room temperature to ensure a smoother dough. Sift the flour and baking powder to avoid lumps.
      2. Blender: In a blender or large bowl, combine the eggs, cream cheese, sugar, sifted flour, baking powder, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Blend or mix with an electric mixer until smooth and free of lumps.
      Kitchen:
      1. Preparing the pan: Line a 22cm cake pan with baking paper or lightly grease it to prevent the cake from sticking.
      2. Pouring: Pour the mixture into the mold, leveling it with a spatula.
      3. Baking: Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for about 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Do not open the oven door during baking to avoid the cake deflating.
