Preparation:
Mix 3 whole eggs with 25 dkg. sugar, granulated sugar and 1.5 dl. milk well.
We also mix in 20 dkg. of ground poppy seeds, 20 dkg. of flour mixed with 1 tsp. of baking powder, grated lemon peel and 1.5 dl. of milk, and mix the dough well.
Place on a baking sheet (24×40) lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Cream:
Boil the pudding powder with sugar and milk, cool it down. Then mix it with margarine, then spread it on top of the cake. Sprinkle with ground poppy seeds.
