Soft-boiled egg

Instructions:
Place the eggs in a saucepan in a single layer.

Add enough water to cover the eggs by at least 2.5 cm.

(Optional) Add a pinch of salt.

Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once boiling, reduce the heat slightly and let it cook according to your preferences:

Boiled: 5–6 min

Calves: 7–9 min

Difficult: 10–12 min

Remove the eggs immediately and plunge them into a bowl of ice (or cold) water for 5 minutes to stop the cooking.

Peel and enjoy!
