White poppy energy ball!

Preparation:

  1. Mash the dates in a food processor.

  2. Add the ground white poppy seeds and almonds (or oatmeal).

  3. Mix in the honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, and coconut oil.

  4. Mix until you get a moldable mass.

  5. Shape into walnut-sized balls.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

You can spin the finished energy balls:

  • in coconut flakes

  • ground white poppy seeds

  • in cocoa powder

  • in chopped pistachios

This way you get a dessert that is varied not only in taste but also in appearance.
