📝 Preparation (very detailed):
1️⃣ Mix the yogurt, eggs and sugar until smooth.
2️⃣ Add the flour, baking powder, oil and lemon zest.
3️⃣ Pour into a greased cake tin and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
4️⃣ Let it cool, then remove from the mold.
