Ingredients for the dough:

  • 45 dkg of fine flour,
  • 15 dkg powdered sugar,
  • 2 egg yolks,
  • 12 tablespoons butter,
  • about 20 dkg sour cream,
  • 40 g unsweetened cocoa powder,
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder,
  • pinch of salt.

Ingredients for the cream:

  • 2 bags of chocolate pudding powder,
  • 6 dl milk,
  • 15 dkg of sugar,
  • 20 dkg mascarpone,
  • 15 dkg Nutella,
  • 1 tablespoon rum flavoring.

For the coating:

  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of oil.
