1 turkey escalope
100g wholemeal pasta (cooked weight)
200g cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper, fresh basil
Pasta preparation step by step
First, cook the whole-wheat pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside for a moment.
Meanwhile, heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and sear the turkey cutlet until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
Remove the cooked turkey from the pan and cut it into thin strips.
