Rolled lasagna with ham and mushrooms
Ingredients (for 10 rolls)
5 rectangles of fresh pasta
500 g of mushrooms
3 slices of ham
50 g of butter
50 g of flour
40 cl of milk + 10 cl
40 g of Grana Padano + 20 g for finishing
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Preparation
Prepare the mushrooms
Remove the stems from the mushrooms, clean them and chop them finely.
Cook them in a pan with a knob of butter, salt and pepper, until they have released all their cooking water.
