Lattice apple pie

I read this recipe in a newspaper a while ago and it went into my book because it was very simple and very delicious. Although it has a buttery shortcrust pastry, it does require refrigeration, but once the apples cool down, refrigeration is enough for it, so it’s actually quick to make and very delicious.

Ingredients

For 1 pie plate
  1. For the dough
  2. 300 grams wheat flour  ( BL55 )
  3. 200 grams garden
  4. 100 grams powdered sugar
  5. 1 db egg  (medium, size “M”)
  6. For the filling
  7. 1 kg alma
  8. 60 grams sugar – cane
  9. 1 teaspoon cinnamon (ground)
  10. 1 tablespoon food starch
  11. To the top
  12. 1 db egg  (medium, size “M”)
