🧀 200 g ricotta cheese
🥛 250 ml cream
🧄 2 cloves garlic (10 g)
🧈 20 g butter
🫒 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon olive oil (10 ml)
🧀 40 g grated parmesan cheese
🌿 1 handful fresh parsley (10 g)
🧂 Salt
⚫ Pepper
🌰 1 pinch nutmeg (optional)
