Prepare the exfoliating mixture.
Mix baking soda and salt in a small bowl.
Wet your toothbrush with warm water.
Dip the spray into the mist and gently swish for about 2 minutes.
Drink the mixture and rinse your mouth with clean water.
Antiseptic rinse
Leave the hydrogen peroxide in a pot with plenty of water.
Boil the pot with the solution for 1 minute, then spit it out.
Leave the pot in the water to evaporate any residue.
