Instructions

Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a muffin tin with paper cups. -
Mix the dry ingredients.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until smooth. -
Mix together the wet ingredients.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. -
Mix the batter.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix gently until combined. Do not overmix, there will be a few lumps.ADVERTISER
